1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 76db ("76db", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at 76db.io and all related services, products, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the 76db platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

76db reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age, identity, address or source of funds at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3 Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 76db platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to operate your account on your behalf, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 76db immediately by contacting the support team. 76db will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to promptly report a suspected breach.

• Account usernames may not impersonate another person or organisation.
• 76db may suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within two business days.
• Balances remaining in a closed account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 76db are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute, the decision of 76db's trading and gaming operations teams is final and binding.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to system confirmation. 76db reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event without notice.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement or abandonment, 76db's settlement rules for that sport shall apply as published in the applicable sports betting rules section.

• Malfunction of a game voids all related plays and bets. Any winnings accumulated during a demonstrable game malfunction will not be paid.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification processes.

• Threatening, harassing or abusing 76db staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming
